How the process works
Use the form below to describe the general scent direction you’re interested in. Once submitted, we’ll connect you directly with our preferred perfumer, who will manage all fragrance development, sampling, and sourcing. We do not accept fragrance oils, candles, or scent samples directly. Any reference materials, duplication requests, or evaluations will be handled solely by the perfumer as part of their development process..
For clients requesting fragrance duplication, please allow up to three weeks for the fragrance to be evaluated and recreated as a usable fragrance oil. For clients providing written scent descriptions, initial fragrance development typically takes up to one business week. Sample shipments are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee.
For custom fragrance formulation projects, a 15 lb minimum fragrance order is required and will be exclusive to your brand. Fifteen pounds of fragrance oil yields approximately 315 eight-ounce candles, depending on final fragrance load and formulation.
