Our Story

Declaration & Co., our parent company, was founded in 2010 by creative entrepreneur Lara Kocerka. A few years later, Steven—who shared the same passion for building and creating—joined the business, taking on a crucial role in operations. His focus on logistics helped bring products from initial concept to final form.

With over 15 years of experience in retail operations, Steven has worked closely with manufacturers and suppliers across the globe to deliver high-quality products. In 2019, recognizing shifts in the supply chain landscape, he saw an opportunity to bring manufacturing in-house. This move strengthened the company’s vision and gave them greater control over product quality and timelines.

Today, Steven runs a small but highly efficient warehouse in St. Augustine, Florida. With the ability to produce over 100,000 candles per month, the team is equipped to handle jobs of any size—big or small.
