Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed through Poured Goods Wholesale.

Order Processing & Lead Time

Wholesale orders are processed within 4–7 business days from the time payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Lead times may vary based on order size, product availability, and production volume.

Custom, private label, and contract manufacturing orders may have extended or project-specific lead times, which will be communicated separately.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on carrier rates, shipment weight, dimensions, and destination. We do not offer flat-rate shipping.

Orders ship via standard ground carriers unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout when applicable.

Partial Shipments

To ensure timely delivery, wholesale orders may ship in multiple partial shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is split due to availability or production timing.

Freight (LTL) Shipments

Large-volume orders requiring Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight will be handled separately. Freight costs will be quoted and billed independently or added to the invoice prior to shipment.

Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Poured Goods is not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, or damages caused by the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery and retain all original packaging for carrier inspection. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon approval. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import regulations imposed by the destination country.
